This paper is the second edition of a study already completed on the design of self-rotating electromagnetic generators (overheads). The first paper in 2019 (pp. 1-50) analysed such well-known devices by Bedini, Adams, Muller and Slobodian, as well as my personal opinion on how things should be designed. Subsequently (pp. 51-77), my research into the nature of electromagnetic induction and a more detailed analysis of a patent for a similar device from the early twentieth century led to a clear solution that does not contradict the physics of electromagnetism and electrodynamics. Whether German engineers of the 1940s could have made self-propelled generators, it becomes obvious that they could. In my article, I propose a system for such a machine that can be made in a garage. How to make calculations, how to build it, what is needed to get results. Calculations are given for an electromagnetic pulse generator with three separate phases of 100 W of output power each. The maximum phase excitation pulse is 153 W in the self-propelled mode. An original recuperation system for excitation operation in self-propelled mode is proposed. It is possible to scale up and move to a more complex design. In any case, without good knowledge and skills in this area, the material will be difficult to understand. I tried to present the material in a simpler form that is well illustrated. If you want to get your hands on a self-propelled device that can replace or complement solar panels, a wind turbine or a mini-hydroelectric power station, you will have to make it yourself. We will tell you how to do it in this article. Today, technology is the most expensive information, so you have a chance to get it relatively inexpensively. PDF format, 77 pages. There is always the question of doubt, trust and so on. I do not impose anything on anyone and especially not to persuade. There is always a risk that even with information and algorithm "how to" you will not be able to realise it alone. You need skills: engineering calculations and design, mechanical part, electrical circuit, work with magnets, operation of the finished device. If all this you do not know how to do, you will have to fill in the gaps in knowledge and acquire skills. Therefore, it is necessary to start small. It is for this purpose that I have made a sample calculation, for a small tabletop model 25 X 25 cm.
